Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need information that explains what happens with objects when opening Projects, App Packages, etc in App Des - 2 tier.

Does each item within proj or app pack end up being downloaded to the client? Are items stored in cache on the client?
