We have been experiencing a degredation in performance and need some recomendations from Oracle on how to run stats for our Peoplesoft environment.  We tried to runstats a month ago and were forced to back it out because it actually made performance worse. Recently, our Oracle database came up with an expalin plan that took a job that ran in under 30 minutes to not being able to complete in over 3 days.
Our DBA's have asked us to see if Oracle has any recomendations on how stats should be ran PeopleSoft.  We are on PeopleTools 8.50.26 and HR 9.1.
Our database is Oracle 11.1.0.7.0
