Regarding the view of personal worklist

Hi experts, 

I add a Personal Worklist on the EBS homepage, then add a view as below:

1. Login EBS

2. Click on Personalize "Customizable and searchable worklist” button under the View (on the homepage)

3. Then click Apply.

4. Then on the first row, click on the last column – Seeded User Views – the glasses.

5. Create view here and then apply.

6. If you check again on the homepage, it should be found.

 

Result, whoever(no matter user A or uesr B or...) can see the view. I want to know it is a expected  behavior?
