Deletion of Items

 Hi , 
1. What are the steps to be followed for deletion of items from RMS?
2. What happens when the Item/Location Status of Item is changed to Delete?
3. I have an item bar-code for which currently transactions are in progress and later business realized that bar-code is created wrong or need to be modified which is of Transaction level Items.How to delete the existing 
 bar-code in this case?
