No output for 'Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager)' program

Hi,

I am facing issue with 'Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager)' program.

Generally there is PDF output for above program but when I submitted, there is no output but Collections Dunning Request Stauts reports shows dunning has  been generated for 8 customers.

I am getting output on other instance I compared all setup but unable to find difference.

Please help.

I am just looking for PDF output for Oracle Collections Delivery XML Process (IEX: Bulk XML Delivery Manager) program.
