Nvision Client doesn't launch

Hi, I'm facing some issue on my demo instance running on PT8.53.02 and Financials 9.2. Everything works, application server able to start, PIA is working, process scheduler is working. However I am not able to start nVision client. I try to launch it using Application Designer it doesn't works as well. I've turn on tracing using Configuration Manager but it doesn't generate any trace file. Please shine some light on this.My environment is Microsoft Server 2008 and MS SQL server 2008.
