Attribute 11 of india items DFF - R12.1.3.

 Hi,
We are using attribute 11 of the India Item DFF to store custom values on items for tracking return on our FG. After upgrade, these values are not displayed in the DFF when the Item is queried. So the field is blank. However, when I check the lov against the DFF attribute, i see the values. 

How should i restore the values that were already mapped for the items DFF which is now blank after upgrade.
