Unable to see Affiliate Hyperlink under Define Chartfield Values

Hello Team,

Can someone help on on how to add an Affiliate value under Chartfield values. When i tried to navigate to the below menupath we are unable to see the affiliate hyperlink to definenew affiliate value.

Setupfinancials/Supply Chain> Common Definitions> Design Chartfields> Define Values > Chartfield Values.

Please help me with to get the affiliate hyperlink under chartfield values ASAP.
