Enabling Virus Scanning For File Attachments in 8.49.21

Anyone out there implemented Virus Scanning for File Attachments in PeopleTools 8.49.21?

It looks like File Attachment Virus Scan Support was officially introduced in PeopleTools 8.49.22, and an ICAP compatible virus scan product is required. Ref: ID 1066758.1

Interesting enough I took a look at our web server and the following directory exist and includes several virus scan class files.

E:\psoft\hrms90\webserv\peoplesoft\applications\peoplesoft\PSIGW\WEB-INF\classes\psft\pt8\virusscan

However the virusscan.xml file is missing.

PeopleBooks for 8.49 mention nothing about Enabling Virus Scanning.
