IBM TWS Tivoli and PT 8.53 Issue

After upgrading our tools from 8.49 to 8.53, our IBM TWS Tivoli batch scheduling tool has stopped working.  The information we have at this point from IBM is that PT 8.53 is not supported and the TWS psagent will NOT work with PT 8.53 (see end of this post for error logs from IBM TWS)

We made sure TWS has the latest psjoa.jar from PS 8.53.  that jar file is needed by TWS and used by the psagent to connect to PROCESSREQUEST CI and schedule needed jobs.
