Is there a way to link the information on the Transactions and the Notes Tab so that the notes appea
My customer currently maintains customer notes on an Excel spreadsheet and takes a weekly run of the 4 bucket aging report and drops this into the same spreadsheet which is then used as the primary collections tool. The collectors attack a group of invoices on each call and they would like to be able to use the Collections window in the same way rather than right clicking on every transaction to see the relevant note. This would also allow them to store note in Oracle rather than on a spreadsheet.
