How to subscribe to OID Subcription List for EBS Application - Help ?

Hello All

 I have registered EBS 11i application with OID 11.1.1.6.0 and now I just want to make sure that correct user accounts gets associated with each EBS environment that I register with OID. 

In OID 10g there is a tool called "provsubtool.orc" but under OID 11g I am unable it find it?. Or is there another way to subscribe users to correct list in OID 11g?.
