Need the 9.1 INVENTORY_TRANSFER File Layout

We are setting up this Integration Broker message and the Inbound Publish Rule, but have found we don't have the file layout in our production or demo. I have an SR on this but no responsse yet. Does someone have File Layout for INVENTORY_TRANSFER?
Also, is there a corresponding EDI transaction for this INVENTORY_TRANSFER message?
i.e like the SHIPPING_NOTIFICATION Supports the requirements of the X.12 945 ???
