Process Monitor Issue

Hi Friends

We have a strange issue with our Customer.

Issue:

Processes with run status = Cancelled and Distribution status  = N/A are getting reposted by some agent or process and Distribution status is getting changed to Posting for them. There is a custom alert process running which sends email to client whenever any process gets stuck in Distribution status of posting for  more than an hour. Since all the old processes which earlier were in N/A status got updated and user got the alert for them it is becoming an issue for us.

 

Please let us know if there is some process/agent which can trigger this and try to distribute the N/A reports/processes again?
