Upgrading to SQLServer 2012 and Windows x64(64-bit) 2012 with PT8.53.xx?

We are in the planning phase of our PT8.53/9.2 Upgrade and would like to know what the risk would be associated with upgrading to Microsoft SQLServer 2012 and Microsoft Windows x64(64-bit) 2012 even though Orcale has not yet certified Microsoft Window x64(64-bit) 2012?   Also if there is a target date for when the Window x64(64-bit) 2012 will be certified?
