COBOL fails after Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.53.02

We have just discovered an issue that may help others

Issue:

The COBOL runtime for PeopleTools 8.53 requires a 32 bit ODBC

Symptoms:

 - COBOL failed during preparation for Finance 8.9 to 9.2 upgrade (PeopleTools 8.51 to 8.53)

 - COBOL test fails in PeopleTools Test utilities

 - Process scheduler COBOLs work, but not runtime COBOLs. 32 bit ODBC had been set up on Process Scheduler machine for app designer access. Application server did not have any other requirements for 32 bit ODBC, so only 64 bit was set up on Application Server.

Solution:

As soon as we set up the 32 bit ODBC on the Application server, all COLBOL started working fine
