OIM Customization Installer extension for JDeveloper

Does anyone know any resources for working with and troubleshooting the OIM Customization Installer extension for JDeveloper (available as oim-custinstaller-1881309.7z from

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/id-mgmt/overview/oim-11g-assets-504842.html ?

I have installed it, but the only menu item which is active is "configure".

"Deploy" and "Undeploy" are grayed out.

Anyone know of any resources for working with this other than the single Word doc included?
