Status Change in Violation with out a known cause
We have a number of violations that have been marked as exceptions. At some point the status of this violations will go into an Inactive Status. Nothing has changed on the policy or the rule that would cause the status to change. Other violations have not changed. Our business manager are thinking we have not complied with their request to mark the violations as "Closed Risk Accepted" When the status changes to inactive the next scan the violations is reported as new. What is the could cause this status change?
