AD USer Target Recon

 Hi Experts,
                 OIM 11.1.1.5 and AD connector version 9.1.1.5 ;   we have around 2500 active users but our AD user Target Recon job runs everyday and it take around 23 to 24 hours somer time before finishing one job naother instance of the job runnin;  how do I debug or tune this job why it is taking so much time to complete; I cheked it is using usnchan.ged whenchanged is changing ; I do created indexes on matching rules
all your opinions are appreciated .
