question regarding email collabration setup

Hi

I am setuping email collabration for PO.

I configured

1.PSFT_EMC_GETMAIL node

2.updated status for PO_EMAIL_PO_APPROVALservice operator ,related queue & message....

3. PO AWE

i am testing where my email is working or not thru multichannel framework email page (trying to fetch message count)

navigation: PeopleTools >MultiChannel Framework> Email> Sample Pages

it says "cannot connect to mail server".

do i need to configure MCF_GETMAIL node?
