How to Upgrade OID from 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.7.0 - Java class error .. Please Help ?

 Hi 
I am trying to upgrade OID from 11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.7.0 and as part of the process running - Patch Set Assistant to upgrade ODS database schema to 11.1.1.7.0 version. 

But when I try to run ./psa, I am getting following error: 

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/psa

Error: Could not find or load main class oracle.ias.upgrade.UpgradeDriver
Do I need to set up any environment variable?. I have stopped all processes (OPMN, WLS, nodemanager etc).
