Workflow email for system administrator
For the timecard, the system administrator received an email from the system saying the approver for the timecard (28-APR-2013 to 04-MAY-2013) has not responded to notification. Today's date is July 1, 2013. There is a link for OK, Restart, or Request Information in the email body. Does the system administrator need to do anything in this point? This also appears on the system administrator's work list. In this case, should SA respond with OK, or Restart? We are still relatively new to EBS. Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
