Is BUG 16402317 in OID 11.1.1.6.0 fixed in new version 11.1.1.7.0 ?

Hello All

Could someone please tell us if this known bug 16402317 is fixed in OID 11.1.1.7.0 code.

We re-registered EBS 11i with OID (11.1.1.6.0) and encountered this bug. If its fixed then we can apply this patch and move-on with Go-Live, as its causing serious trouble for us moving forward.
