Payment cancellation process in Financial Gateway
Hi Team,
I need further information on the update [ID: 1559776.1]. Bug has been created for this request (Bug 16914746) and I want to know whether it has been posted or not.
The information provided in the solution column is contradict to the functionality working now. I tried cancelling the payment whose FG staus is paid or received by bank. It got cancelled in AP and also in FG by changing the FG status as Pending cancellation. After this, PeopleBooks says payment cancellation process has to be run in FG, to flip the status to cancelled with message, Please let me know where could i go and run the process.
