Integration of Forms and Reports 11g with OID and OAM

Hi,

We are installing FMR 11g using OID and OAM with Forms and Reports.  We are not using Identity Manager (OIM).  Has anyone installed a similar configuration?  The Forms and Reports version is 11.1.2. Identity Management (OAM / OID) is 11.1.1.5.

We have completed this step and are about to install Forms and Reports.  We have created an OAM admin logon in OID and we can login to oamconsole using it.  However we found that we had to logon twice.  We have not yet investigated the cause.
