Running allocations with multibook ledger set up

Hi,

I was wondering if someone out there has an idea/suggestion about this:

We have allocations running with a Pool that contains Business Unit that is set up with multibook.  Timespan is YTD.

Multibook ledger group:

KLS is on

Primary ledger (LOCAL) inherits base currency

Secondary ledger (ACTUALS) is the translation ledger (USD)

We noticed that the allocation is taking what's on the LOCAL ledger and applying the weighted average rate for the month we are running the allocation.  I see that this is in the Output Options.  It's configured as AVG and Jrnl Date.

Is there any way to get the allocation to use the YTD amount that is on the primary and translation ledgers?  When the allocation uses the YTD amount from the primary ledger and applies the AVG rate, the target and offset amounts for the translation ledger are not correct.  Users expect the target and offset to equal the YTD amount on the translation ledger.

Howdy, Stranger!
