dddaudit exceptions in newly built FSCM 8.9 Demo database

So I'm just about finished creating my first instance of an FSCM 8.9 Demo database.  I ran dddaudit.  And there are hundreds and hundreds of tables and indexes definined in application designer but not built in the database.
