PeopleSoft user profiles are getting deleted

Hello Guys,
I am on Peopletools 8.49 / HRMS 9.0 / Oracle11g. One of my developers were informed this morning that user profiles are getting deleted from the system. I could not think of anything.

Any suggestion on where I should look for this?
