Limit to number of PDF reports prcs scheduler can email?

An SQR is submitted to windows prcs scheduler with the type "EMAIL" and format "PDF" for distribution to a role.

As long as the user requests eight or fewer PDF reports - everything runs as expected and the users receive an email with the eight PDFs attached.

When the user requestes nine or more PDF reports, the PDF reports are visible in the prcs scheduler log_output\sqr_prcsname_pi folder, the report repository contains a valid *.out file plus a zero byte *.log and no email is received.

The prcs schedule log files do not have an error in them where the process monitor status is "success".
