Unable to See Status Diagram R12 Instance for custom workflow

Hi,

 

We created a new Custom workflow “Unisys Project Billing Credit Process”  in the Oracle Apps R12 Instance , we unable to see the Status Diagram in the Instance.

 

We can able to see the Status Diagram for all other seeded PA related Workflow’s.

 

Any idea to enable the status diagram.
