What is collectible Amount in aging in advanced collections?

Hi,

I am in the impression that collectible amount is the amount of the transactions where status is PREDELINQUENT and CURRENT, as the delinquent means, we need to apply dunning or strategies to collect the amount. But when I saw the APPS aging package iex_aging_buckets_pkg for advanced collections, I see they are using the logic of staus in PREDELINQUENT and DELINQUENT. The user guide states  "The collectible amount represents the total value of all current and delinquent transactions."  Anybody can clear my doubt, which one is right?

Thanks and Regards,

Hatakesh.
