Error in LOADING BASE DATA in Upgrade Job(PT 8.53 Upgrade)

Dear Experts, 

   We are in the process of upgrading PT 8.51 to PT 8.53. I encountered and error in the Upgrade Job at the step LOADING BASE DATA. The first step in this step completed successfully, The second step failed, Have attached the failure log files from the second step. 

   Could you please let me know why it has failed and what if if we proceed further with the failure.
