Question about WebLogic and ckeditor

I would like to find out what is the function of ckeditor in the WebLogic and generaly in HCM (Talent Acquisition Management) in context of Proxy Server via which external users can access PeopleSoft Career site?

Why is it important there are no errors coming from ckeditor???
