COBOLS are not posting after the Upgrade to PT 8.53

Hello There, 

    We upgraded out campus solutions instance (PT 8.51.15) to PT 8.53.04. After the Upgrade is done, I ran the Sample processes and found all the processes are running to success and posting except sample Cobol process(PTPDBTST). 

   I attached the screenshot of the process execution & my psprcs.cfg from the Scheduler Domain. 

   Please suggest what could be the problem.
