Integration Broker issues after PT 8.53 Upgrade(Nodes are not pinging)

Hi there, 


  After Upgrade to PT 8.53 from PT 8.51, it is observed that we are not able to ping the Internal nodes in our system. 

  We are a CS 9.0 on Windoes 2008 R2. Our webserver is weblogic 10.3.6. 

  Our default Gateway is fine and is pinging now. We are getting the error as 


   INTEGRATION GATEWAY - HTTP TARGETCONNECTOR:EXTERNALAPPLICATIONEXCEPTION. HTTP SATATUS CODE HTTP STATUS. 

    Please find attached the integrationgateway.properties file from my webserver.
 
    Please help me in recognizing the problem.
