Change Assistant problem Applying Managed Object ADS Projects

Hi,

We are in the process of loading our first set of bugs from a PUM image for HCM9.2.

I am having an issue when we get to the Applying Managed Object ADS Projects section, the processes if falling over with a 'Copy from file failed' error (see attached logs).

I have verified that the objects are in the correct place (i.e. c:\demo\Staging\PTADSAEPRCS\Area\PTADS16386861).

I have also found an verified security setting http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E41633_01/pt853pbh1/eng/pt/tads/task_SettingDataMigrationPermissions.html

Any ideas on what may be wrong ?
