Profile Options are updating automatically

Hi Team,

We are facing a paculiar issue where in the below profile options were set to No at the site level, To our surprise these were again set to YES automatically (Record history shows as administrator has done the changes but he hasnt).

IEU: Queue: Account View DelinquenciesI,EU: Queue: Account View Promises,IEU: Queue: Account View Strategies,IEU: Queue: Bill-to View Delinquencies,IEU: Queue: Bill-to View Strategies,IEU: Queue: Customer View Delinquencies,IEU: Queue: Customer View Promises,IEU: Queue: Customer View Strategies

We were in 2010 patch level but recently because of some other issue, we came to 2013 patch level.
