Worklist item Re-assign from Worklist page throws a XML error

When trying to re-assign basic worklist items(NOT AWE) from worklist page, it thorws a XML error:
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below"

This issue has been reported development team and is fixed in tools 8.54 as well as backported to 8.53 in 06 patch.

Bug 16601508: For fix in 8.54.
Bug 16630702: For fix in 8.53.06
