Email Notification for Process\Job when Process is Not Successful and\or Warning

Scenario:-I have 1 process which is ran via 6 different jobs.  Each job has it's own notification list\users.
-When process\job is unsuccessful and\or has warning would like to send email notification containing txt file from View Log/Trace File List to users of associated job.

I've made several updates to the PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Processes... Destination and Notification tabs
And to the...
PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Jobs... Job Distribution and Job Notification tabs

What is the best practice to send a process\job log file via an email notification?
