PTools 8.51 PTF - Save takes five minutes

I'm running PTools 8.51 and have the PTF installed.

The business user created a test which creates a voucher that as part of the test, the save button is activated at two steps in the test.

When the test runs, the IE web page switches from "save in progress" to "saved" icon in about ten seconds but the PTF hangs for five minutes before figuring out that the save has happened and moves on to the next step.

I've checked the configuration, where everything looks good and the process has been run manually, so there does not seem to be any missing data (i.e. peoplecode being fired by the page).
