ARMaintWriteOff Workflow Problems

I have been testing ARMaintWriteOff Workflow over the past couple days and have run into problems.

If a worksheet has already gone through approvals and I try to write-off additional items I get a message that "Warning -- Writeoff Amount changed Write-off Amount changes made would restart Workflow. Do you want to continue?". Message code (6080, 10)

When I click OK the worksheet saves but the approval process is not restarted and the original approval remains which allows users to bypass approvals on anything that was added.

I am on an older release of 9.1 is this a known issue?
