SSO not happening

Hi ,

we have upgraded discoverer from 10g to 11g(11.1.1.6) (WLS)

we are using enterprise level SSO (10.1.4.3)

I have run below command on SSO side and generated a osso.conf file

./ssoreg.sh -oracle_home_path \OraHome(path to SSO Oracle home) -site_name usa0300ux125:7779 
-config_mod_osso TRUE -mod_osso_url <URL>
-update_mode CREATE -remote_midtier -config_file \tmp\osso.conf

i have placed this file on midtier server , configured the mod_wl_ohs  and httpd.conf

now while accessing discoverer/plus it is re-drecting to SSO but after giving the credential page is not moving .

can you help me where i can look for any issue and any suggested document for  configuring SSO 10g with discoverer 11g
