SAVE button is missing from the page

First time in this community.  Please help!

I created a page with a scroll area and inside the scroll area has a grid.  Grid is edit enabled.  The grid is ocurrs leve = 1. All the data comes from the same table.  The page is missing SAVE button.  It has 'Return to Search' button though.  What am I missing?  I wanted to be able to edit this custom table from the page and SAVE.
