Vat Recovered for RTV Transactions in R12.1.3

HI

India Local Reciept is done with Vat Taxes

AP Invoice is also booked with 3 way matching

Vat is recovered in Vat claim form

After the above transactons Return to Vendor is done and Debit Memo is auto genereated in AP but Distribution line shows only the Base amount and VAT Interim Tax is not defaulted in AP Distribution

Is this the Standard functionality or how to Credit the Vat Recovery in such scenario?
