Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to create a new operator (called PSAPPS or PSASID, for instance) with privileges to start the application server, manually.

Because I can not use the user PTWEBSERVER as it has more than 8 characters.
