WinXP and PT 8.5x

 Hi All
Background

We are currently on PeopleTools 8.52.06 running FSCM9.0, CSM9.0 HCM 9.0 and a lot of the users are running WinXP 
all the Developers Power Users etc. are running Windows 7 

According to Oracle/PeopleSoft the versions of PeopleSoft that Windows XP with IE 8 is Supported 
- PeopleTools 8.51 Certified
- PeopleTools 8.52 Not Certified - Working fine on WinXP with IE8
- PeopleTools 8.53 Not Certified , blocks because of OS ( I Know there is a work around)

We need to upgrade to Peopletools 8.53 as we need to load the Campus Patch which is on PT 8.53  
Currently we have 1700 Users out there using WinXp , they will access PeopleSoft For Self Service, leave etc
