If the item level tax is 4 decimal and unit retail is 2 decimal throwing transaction out of balance

We are getting item level tax at 4 decimal place and transaction level at 2 decimal place from JDA POS. As ReSA does not support transaction level tax from 13.2 we are taking item level tax(4 decimal) in RTLOG.After running saimptlogi it is throwing TRAN_OUT_BAL errror. I want to know whether rounding happens at item level or at  transaction level in ReSA 13.2.5 version. How to resolve this.
