Crystal Failing in PT 8.53

Hello There, 

    After a Operating System(Windows 2008 R2) Patch maintenance, Suddenly Crystals are failing in out PT 8.53 instance.  The crystal sample instance (XRFWIN) is failing with the below error

   3496: 1375027693: PSPAL::Abort: Unrecoverable exception received

  I tried to setup trace in the Batch server to further debug this error, The below is the setting in the psprcs.cfg file to set up the trace
