Can we change CSI for Oracle Account

I am working in 2 different projects. My account is attached to CSI of A project. Now I want my account to be linked to CSI of project B (which is obviously different from project A). Is this feature available in Oracle support?
What shall I need to do? Do I need to delete the existing account and recreate using the project B CSI?
