table space [APPS_TS_QUEUES] almost full

HiThe customer found the table space [APPS_TS_QUEUES] almost full. Then the top two tables are [ WF_DEFERRED] and [WF_JAVA_DEFERRED].
And the  [Retained]  data and [Ready] data is not so much.
So is there any way to solve this problem?
